We used Canyon State Roofing as our roofer 7 years ago when we had our tile roof replaced. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. This past several months as we've had solar panels installed on our roof, Jim has advised us about the solar company's installation methods to ensure that they do not cause any roof leaks. Miguel has come to the house on multiple occasions throughout the process to inspect the installation and advise us. Miguel has been super responsive, even coming the same day I called, in order to inspect the final installation and replace broken tile.
We are very satisfied with the roof done by Canyon State Roofing. While it looks the same as the original, it is phenomenally better in terms of drainage and underlayment. Repairs done where the roof rotted due to poor drainage were well-repaired. The crew was very competent, professional, and considerate. We have much more confidence in this roof than the original, and it was done for a very fair price. Jim, the owner, explained everything to us and was available for questions and consultation. All in all, a very positive experience, and just in time for rain in Arizona.
I recently had my underlayment and battens replaced by Canyon State Roofing. Jim, Miguel and the crew did a good job with the installation. Miguel communicated well with me and showed various pictures of the install's stages including areas that needed some extra attention such as "dead valleys." They replaced some of the fascia board and did a great job matching the old tiles with newer tiles because the tile company no longer made the tile on my roof. They were on time and up-front about the costs. I would recommend them for replacing the underlayment and roof repairs.
