I just had my patio roof repaired by Canyon State roofing. They did the job quickly, cleanly and had I not know they were repairing my roof that day, I wouldn’t had know they were there. They did a great job. I received a few bids and although Canyon was not necessarily the lowest bid I received, you get what you pay for. What led me to accept their bid was the professionalism and presentation of the people I worked with prior to the job. After that, the way the contract was written and presented in a professional company letterhead spoke millions vs others I received . It did mattered to me greatly. It was written clearly, no hidden agendas and the warranty was unsurpassable. Robyn speediness in answering any questions I had, brought peace of mind. I then looked at their perfect BBB score and it was a no brainer to reach a decision. After we agreed on scheduling, the job was completed even ahead of schedule! Miguel was also very professional and came to inspect the job right after to make sure everything went as planned. My whole house roof might need replacing soon and I would definitely consider hiring Canyon State roofing again.

We recently had our roof replaced by Canyon State. From initial consultation to end of project this company is hands down one of the best. We had Jim come out for the initial quote and we were very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Miguel was the project lead and was in contact daily throughout the week our roof was worked on. He sent pictures daily as well as called to check in on how things were going. The crew we had (Juan and team) was amazing!! They were kind, professional and can we talk about the cleanliness!! Besides the dumpster in my driveway and tiles stacked on the roof you would never have known this was a work zone. The impeccable detail in cleaning each day was great. The crew was absolutely great and I'm glad they were the ones to do our roof. Once the roof was completed Jim came by for the final inspection and to go over what was done we were very pleased we went with this company. I couldn't be more pleased from my initial communication with Jim McLain, to quickly receiving a clearly written proposal including the full scope of work & materials, convenient scheduling, prompt execution of work, thorough clean-up and appearance of the finished roof. Canyon State replaced the asphalt shingle roof, updated the roof exhaust vents, removed unnecessary vents, replaced deteriorated fascia and more at a competitive price and they also furnished a transferable contractor's warranty. The roofers literally swarmed the roof and completed the entire job quickly during one of the hottest weeks on record and it looks great! It was easy to reach Jim (owner), Robyn (office administrator) and Miguel (onsite field manager). They answered all my questions and followed up on details in a timely manner. Working with everyone at Canyon State Roofing exceeded my expectations.

I reached out to Canyon State after having a couple of other roofers diagnose an intermittent leak I was having. Miguel responded quickly and after a few moments on the roof and in my attic found the source of the leak. He recommended a partial Remove and Replace of about 25% of my 20 year tile old roof. He also told me that the rest was ok and I have another 5-8 years of life on the rest of the roof. The work was scheduled and Miguel and team quickly knocked out the job in about 6 hours, replaced some cracked tiles on the remaining roof and sealed/painted all the roof vents, etc. and coated our patio cover. I am a commercial facilities manager and I appreciate the honest nature of the proposal, the professionalism of the team and Miguel's leadership. He gave me his number and told me to text him with any issues. I will certainly use no other roofer for my future residential needs and will recommend confidently to anyone that needs a honest, competent roofing company.
