This is my third time choosing Canyon State Roofing. They did a full roof replacement for me in 2015, a minor repair on our patio in 2019, and a roof inspection for us in February 2022. I have been extremely pleased with their work . Canyon State Roofing has been professional, easy to work with, and is a quality-oriented company that stands behind their work. For our most recent job, we had a roof inspection done on a home we are buying. In order to meet our 10 day inspection period, Jim was willing to work with us to get the roof inspection done within just a few days, even though he was scheduling at least a couple weeks out, he managed to find time to help us. We had an active leak in our kitchen and a friend referred us to Canyon State Roofing. The house is 30 years old and it was time for a new roof. Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job. They started the project a couple of days early and worked quickly and efficiently. The work area was cleaned up each day including running magnets to get the nails up. They did such a great job. It was hard to find similar tile but they got pretty close and the new tiles were hidden at the back of the house. The new valleys will really help direct the water away from the house foundation. Much more efficient and the roof looks great. We had a double layer of underlayment put down to help protect the roof! Thanks Jim, Miguel and crew for all your hard work. I would totally recommend this great business if you need a new roof! 😊

I contracted Canyon State Roofing in November to replace the roof on my house. I chose them because of the detailed quote I received and the competitive price for the work. Jim answered all my questions about the materials used and the timeline for completing the work. He also gave me separate quotes for lower and higher priced options. The quality of the work was outstanding. Migel's crew arrived promptly and worked diligently through the day. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up around the perimeter of the house and Migel would contact me to confirm that everything was on schedule. When there was an issue with matching the original tiles, Migel offered me sensible options that did not impact the cost of the project. I am very happy with finished work.

I recently had my entire house re-roofed by Canyon State Roofing. The job was well done and completed in a short time. I was very pleased with both the quality of the work and the final appearance. I had several areas where the plywood and fascia needed to be replaced in addition to new underlayment throughout. I had one concern that I’d contacted Jim McLain about, and he promptly responded and solved the issue. They did a great job. In addition to the quality of the work, I was also pleased that the workers were friendly and respectful of my property. They were very careful not to damage the landscaping or other things near the house, and even cleaned and blew off everything each day. I’m pleased to highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
