I received a quote from Canyon State Roofing due to their stellar ROC and BBB record as well as the fact that they operate with a framework involving a Mission, Purpose, Vision & Values. Jim, the owner of Canyon State, came to my house and patiently answered my list of questions. Miguel, who oversees field operations, later came to my house with the estimate and also answered my remaining questions. The crew worked at a steady pace and were friendly & courteous. One of the best attributes of Canyon State Roofing is that they are excellent at maintaining an open communication line. Miguel kept me in touch with everything going on and answered all of my questions. He understood that like most clients, my knowledge of roofing is zero. I recommend getting a quote from this company as you do your due diligence in selecting a roofer.

We have used Canyon State roofing multiple times, and have referred them to others a number of times (including my brother and 76-year-old mother-in-law). Everyone has had the same great experience. The owner and staff are very straightforward. They will often give you multiple options to choose from (short or long term solution to a problem). There is no bait and switch. The pros and cons of each option are thoroughly explained, and there are no high pressure sales tactics. Once the crew is onsite, they work diligently and interact with customers in a very polite and helpful manner. They clean up any mess - on a daily basis - they don’t just wait until the end! If you have any issues after a job is done, call them up - they stand by their product and service. I feel very comfortable referring them to my friends and family.

Canyon State perform the re-roof of my house. Miguel was the manager of the project and was very patient, informative and available through the process. Once the date was set, there was no delay and or misunderstanding of the process. The materials showed up early, and the crew was ready to get to work also. The dumpster (Bin there Dumped that) was delivered and also professional and courteous. The project took approximately 2 1/2 days with some minor adjustments after. The crew made sure to clear the debris around the yard for nails and materials every day. Even the dumpster pick up was awesome, the person swept my driveway after loading the bin. There are a lot of roofers out there that promise the world, do your research and you’ll find Canyon State is right up there with the others and they provide a great warranty.

Well from start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Jim and his company! From first meeting I knew he was the one for the job. Got that gut feeling he would do everything he said. Contract was complete nothing hidden explained well and I signed up for my roof replacement. I have ocd so I explained that I needed clean! Miguel was a treat! He showed up ahead of crew and we went over everything and next day crew showed up as scheduled and started. Miguel again did follow ups via phone text and in person! Jim needs to make sure that he keeps Miguel was very satisfied! The crew was great hard working in rain a few times but always cleaned up daily so I could continue to live my life and my family could enjoy outdoors. Great job very satisfied and would use again or highly recommend Jim Miguel and the great crew of guys!
