Ahwatukee Roof Repair

We scheduled with Canyon State based on the knowledge and integrity displayed by Miguel during his evaluation of our roof prior to quoting the Removal and Replacement project. He walked the roof examining the condition and found that a number of tile had slid out of place allowing water to get under the tiles and thus migrate into the ceiling/wall of our garage. No other quoting contractors noticed this issue. The best part was when He voluntarily repositioned the tile temporarily fixing the problem and affording us some flexibility in scheduling. Miguel and his crew were experienced and professional, cleaning up daily and providing timely progress and scheduling updates as needed. The job included some minor modifications to the flashing system to help improve the directing of rain water and a transferable Manufactures and Contractors warranty. Louis S. - Ahwatukee

The first thing that impressed me regarding Canyon Roofing was the professionalism Jim displayed when he came out to do his initial evaluation and subsequent quote. Compared to the other companies I had come out, Jim really took the time to explain to me exactly what was to be done. When I was speaking with him one thing was clear, I was speaking with a caring professional. The next thing that caught my attention was the quote I received from Canyon State, is was significantly less, for the same services, than that which I received from two other roofing companies. The final and most important thing that impressed me about Canyon State was the kindness and professionalism of his staff. Hello , my name is David R. and I’m not generally one of those people who writes reviews however, I believe this is one circumstance where I feel it’s deserved. I had Jim from Canyon State Roofing over to do my estimate on my roof repair. Jim was very thorough with the process of determining the extent of the damage and repair, needed. Jim climbed up on the roof and removed several roof tiles in multiple areas to examine the underlayment. With that being said, it allowed him to come up with itemized materials list related to the repair which reflected in the bid once I received it via email. There were no surprises! I will say I did my due diligence and had other contractors come out to give me a bid as well. However, Jim’s bid was slightly better than the rest but that’s not what secured Canyon State Roofing for being the contractor for me. His honesty and integrity showed during his visit, and I felt comfortable with what I was paying for. Also they did more than what the other contractors were offering. For example, they lifted all the tiles that were in valleys, in those areas that could accumulate debris and create dams which can redirect the water allowing it flow and get into the underlayment and cause water damage. They went and cleaned all those areas out, along with replacing any cracked or chipped tiles. I would DEFINITELY recommend Canyon State Roofing if you’re looking to either have a complete roof replacement or just a repair

I called this group to have my roof inspected after I noticed some issues with animals potentially getting under my roof. During the roof inspection, I was informed that the original roofing was short tiles, was done poorly, and definitely needed some solid work. The inspection from Canyon State Roofing gave me a lot of confidence that I would get a quality replacement. The team working on my roof was able to get it done while I was out of town minus some finishing work. The final result fixed multiple issues with gutters that were attracting bird nests, improved ventilation, and really sharpened up the look of the house. There was a little trouble with dripped paint from touch up work that they were glad to come back and fix. I really appreciated that they were happy to fix that without any protest. Communication was great. They were better than most contractors about cleaning up debris. I'd definitely recommend them to my neighbors. Well worth the money!
