Canyon State Roofing! What a great company from the owner, office manager and the crew. Jim quoted a fair price compared to three other estimates. Robyn was excellent in coordinating scheduling and follow up. Miguel was excellent as the crew manager. The crew began early on a Monday and was finished by the following Saturday. They cleaned up the site every day. The temperature was between 115-119 degrees that week. How it was done so timely, I do not know! Please call them if and when you need a new roof or repairs. Jim personally showed up to inspect the roof and provided a quote the same day. Miguel was the project manager and he communicated regularly to keep me updated and informed on the progress. He came to the site daily to ensure quality. Pictures were provided on a daily basis so I could see the work being done. They were able to begin immedialty and were done as promised in 4 days. These guys worked so hard, especially in the heat of July. The entire team and process was professional, and the work has been exceptional. They were neat and took care of my property while they were working. I highly recommend Canyon State Roofing for any roofing needs. You can't go wrong!

I cannot remember the last time I was as impressed with a service provider. We had 3 companies come out to estimate a full roof replacement. Canyon State explained everything that was wrong in a way that made it clear they were far more knowledgeable than the others. They worked around the rain and made sure to not waste any time. Their crew was extremely hard working, courteous, and clean. The finished project is beautiful and clearly of the highest quality. Two of our neighbors have signed on to use them, as a result of their work. I highly recommend using Canyon State Roofing & Consulting for all of your roofing needs.

This company is outstanding in every way. If I could, I would give them a 10-star rating. Jim McLain, the owner, is an honest man and did not try to sell me on obtaining a new underlayment for my 28 year old tile roof. In fact, he stated that I could wait a few years before replacing the underlayment. He was also very responsive to my phone calls, texts, and emails. Once I decided on getting a new underlayment, Miguel Beltran, the superintendent, took over. I cannot say enough good things about Miguel. He is professional, polite, patient, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my many questions and educated me about the entire process. He also sent me many photos of the entire replacement process from start to finish. Their crew is hardworking, meticulous, polite, and friendly. Each day (it took 2.5 days to complete my job), the crew left my house and yard completely clean and clutter free. They also arrived early each morning and worked late into the day. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a roof replacement or need repairs to your existing roof. As a person who does thorough research before hiring any contractor, I knew I was hiring the best. Their track record speaks volumes about their work ethic: 5-star Google reviews, spotless record with the ROC, 5-star rating with the BBB, plus Rosie on the House certified.
