I called and spoke with Robyn, who’s always upbeat, friendly and helpful and she got us right on the schedule. Jim came out and immediately found the issue. We were given an estimate and they got us on the schedule. The day before our appointment, we received a call from Miguel to confirm the day and time. He also texted us the next day when his tech was on the way. Miguel stayed in contact with us throughout the process and he was very thorough to ensure the issue had been resolved. Jim, owner of Canyon State Roofing & Consulting sent Managing Superintendent Miguel Beltran to our home for an estimate to replace all roofing underlayment. We built our custom home 28 years ago and it was time for replacement. Miguel was the project leader and would stop by every day in his travels to physically check every aspect of his crew's work in-progress, informing myself as well. The crew performed excellent craftsman work. Very professional courteous workers. Every morning this dedicated crew was at my home, 0:700 am starting time ready to accomplish their planned sections of roofing for that day. This crafted crew was always thinking a few steps ahead to accomplish that common goal. Always thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. We scheduled with Canyon State based on the knowledge and integrity displayed by Miguel during his evaluation of our roof prior to quoting the Removal and Replacement project. He walked the roof examining the condition and found that a number of tile had slid out of place allowing water to get under the tiles and thus migrate into the ceiling/wall of our garage. No other quoting contractors noticed this issue. The best part was when He voluntarily repositioned the tile temporarily fixing the problem and affording us some flexibility in scheduling. Miguel and his crew were experienced and professional, cleaning up daily and providing timely progress and scheduling updates as needed.
